This was an excellent book. Pay no attention to the other review that only gave it two stars, given a book a low rating because you think it is boring is not a good reason. The book does a great job of introducing topics that are related to physical education, fitness and sport. It lists concerns about physical education etc, and introduces ways in which the concerns can be handled. Overall it is very good book for those taking health classes or for those who just want to learn more about…
